WHAT IS A SESSION FEE?

The session fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee that is paid before the session to secure your session. The session fee is half of the total price of the package up front. This is not an additional fee. If (the client) cancels the shoot/session, (the client) has a week to reschedule the shoot (on a date within 7 days from the original session date). Please note that the reschedule date is based on (the photographer's) availability, and (the client) runs the risk of losing the session fee whenever a session/shoot is cancelled. If the reschedule date exceeds more than 7 days of the original session/shoot date, an additional session fee is required. If in the case that (the photographer) cancels a session/shoot, (the client) has 30 days to request a new session date. The post session fee is the remaining balance due at the end of the photo session. In the case of photo session promotions, the full amount will be required to secure the special. This is also a non-refundable payment, though you are free to gift the session to someone else. Please note that the photos will not be processed until the session is paid in full. STUDIO TIME

All prices are based on the amount of time you wish to shoot. If you are late for an appointment, (the photographer) may, but is not obligated to, give you extra time (that goes past your session end time). Please remember that all clients are important to (the photographer), and it is unfair for someone else's session to start late because of another's client tardiness. Please respect everyone's time so we all can have a pleasurable shooting experience.

THE PROCESS

After the payment of the post session fee, the photographer will provide the client with a proofing gallery. This gallery will contain all photos taken (with a proofing watermark). The proofs are not for posting/downloading, but for veiwing only. The client will then select the photos they would like edited. Please allow up to 1 week to process all edited photos. Additional photo edits can be requested by the client. Please note that all photos taken during session will not be released, only the amount of photos that comes in the package. By payment of session fee, you are agreeing to the above terms.

WHAT IF I GO OVER MY STUDIO TIME?

There will be a charge of $25 for every 30 minutes that the photo session goes over. The photographer has the right to stop the session at any time after allotted time.

WHAT ABOUT LARGE GROUPS?

Photo sessions for groups up to 4-5 can be done (for no additional charge) in studio. Larger groups of 5 or more will require an outside studio (located in Atlanta, GA) for the rate of $70 per hour (2 hour minimum). There will also be $50 added for travel + lighting.

RIGHTS

Upon completion of session fee, and post shoot fee, you own all rights to your photos. Photos will not be used by (the photographer) for any reasons, other than to promote (the photographer's) photography work via web. See/request model release for more details.
If (the client) pays the session fee and makes the session, but does not pay the post-session fee, (the client) has 30 days to make final payment. If (the client) fails to make the final payment, the photos of (the client) are property of the photographer, and (the photographer) has the rights to do as he/she chooses, whether it be for promotion of (photographer's) photography work, or disgarding the photos. The session fee is for you to book your shoot, but the post-session fee is for you to receive the images from your shoot.
If you've paid your session fee, and post shoot fee and haven't received your final images from (the photographer), whether it be fault of (the photographer) or technical error, you are entitled to a full refund, as well as a 25 minute make-up session courtesy of (the photographer).
After you've paid your post shoot fee, please allow up to one week for images. This being that (the photographer) wants to make sure every client is 100% happy with the final outcome of the images. Retouching and editing photos by hand can be a lengthy task, and isn't something that should be rushed. A rushed project will result in 'rushed quality'. No matter the length of time, I can ensure you that you will be happy with the final results, and will not stop working until you are completely satisfied. By paying any session fees, you are agreeing to all terms stated.
